With more than 35 years’ experience in facilities management, Warren joined Aspin Group in 2021 with extensive knowledge of finance, operations and commercial cleaning. As Finance Director, he oversees payroll, invoicing, financial planning and control. Organised and methodical, Warren also holds a higher-level IOSH qualification and is always willing to support the operational team. Outside work, he is an avid golfer and devoted Manchester United supporter.

Abigail founded Aspin Group in 2013, building a cleaning company based on genuine care, personal service and human connection. Those values remain central to the successful facilities management provider it is today. As Commercial Director, Abigail develops lasting client relationships and commercial partnerships while remaining actively involved across the business. In 2025, she was named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Local and Loved Awards. Outside work, Abigail enjoys cooking, gardening, good wine and visiting Madeira.

Liam brings creativity and wide-ranging experience to Aspin Group. After supporting the company as a cleaner during its early years, he joined full-time as an Account Manager in 2021 before progressing into sales and marketing. Now Sales Director, Liam focuses on listening, understanding client needs and finding practical solutions. His creativity and genuine belief in Aspin Group’s services shape his relationship-led approach. Outside work, he enjoys cooking, playing guitar and football, and supporting Manchester United.

Joshua completed his first clean for Aspin Group at 14 and formally joined the business in 2019, when it had fewer than ten contracts. As Operations Director, he manages more than 100 employees, coordinates client sites and maintains strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Proactive and hard-working, Joshua holds qualifications in cleaning and leadership. Outside work, he enjoys buying and building LEGO, as his well-stocked office collection clearly shows.

Brandon joined Aspin Group in 2021, initially supporting its administration while completing his IT education. As the company grew, he became an integral part of its leadership team. As Facilities Director, Brandon oversees stock, suppliers, scheduling and administrative operations. His technical ability and methodical approach help keep the business running efficiently behind the scenes. Outside work, he supports Burnley FC and enjoys football, music, video games and quizzes.
