What is included in your commercial cleaning service?
A standard Aspin Group commercial cleaning service includes vacuuming and mopping all floor areas, dusting and wiping surfaces, desk and workstation cleaning, sanitising kitchens and break areas, cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms, emptying bins and removing waste, and cleaning internal glass and partitions. Periodic deep cleans, carpet extraction, high-level cleaning and window cleaning are available as add-ons or scheduled services.
Are your cleaning operatives DBS checked?
If applicable to your contract, we can provide ensure every operative working on your contract is DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked before deployment.
What cleaning products do you use?
We specify eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products that comply with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations. All product data sheets (COSHH sheets) are maintained in our site folders and available to clients on request. We do not use products containing harmful VOCs and we prioritise low-environmental-impact formulations across all contracts.
Can you clean outside of business hours?
Yes — flexible scheduling is one of our key strengths. We provide commercial cleaning services from 6am through to 10pm, seven days a week. Early morning pre-opening cleans, evening cleans after your team leaves, daytime day-porter services, and weekend deep cleans are all available.
Do you offer one-off or contract commercial cleaning?
We offer both. Our core service is contract cleaning — regular, scheduled cleans on a daily, weekly or tailored frequency basis. We also offer one-off deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, post-construction cleans and event cleans as standalone services.
Do you manage cleaning quality?
Quality is managed through regular supervisory spot checks, digital quality audit reports completed at every visit, client feedback mechanisms, and an escalation process for any non-conformances. Issues are always documented, actioned within 24 hours and confirmed as resolved in writing to the client.
Can you provide commercial cleaning for healthcare or food environments?
Yes. We have significant experience in healthcare cleaning, including GP surgeries, dental practices, diagnostic centres and care homes. We also provide food-safe cleaning for commercial kitchens and food production environments. In both cases, operatives receive additional sector-specific training and we apply appropriate disinfectant protocols.
