How often should commercial safety flooring be deep cleaned to maintain slip resistance?
It depends on footfall and contamination. High traffic areas and entrance routes often need more frequent deep cleaning because grit and residues build a film that reduces grip. After a site visit, we can recommend a sensible schedule based on use and risk.
Can professional cleaning restore the slip resistance of our floors?
In many cases, yes. Slip resistance often drops because of microscopic film and build-up from grease, dirt or incorrect cleaning products. A proper deep clean removes that film and brings the surface back closer to its intended performance.
Why is our LVT flooring dull even though it is cleaned regularly?
