How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5:30pm). For emergencies, our helpdesk is available 24/7.
Do you provide free site surveys?
Yes — for any contract or larger project, we're happy to carry out a free, no-obligation site survey before preparing a quote. Just let us know in your message.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Bury, Greater Manchester and primarily serve the North West. We also manage multi-site contracts across the UK. Call us to confirm your location.
What is the minimum contract length?
Most FM and cleaning contracts run on a 12-month initial term. We're happy to discuss your specific situation — some services are available on shorter agreements.
Can I switch from my existing FM provider?
Absolutely. We have a structured, low-disruption transition process. We handle everything — TUPE, documentation handover and mobilisation. Ask us how.
