What areas are included in your builders clean service?

How do you price Builders Cleaning?
Our Builders Cleaning is priced to the site's needs, not a postcode-based guess. Pricing is influenced by: – Size and layout (square footage matters, but so does complexity) – Level of dust and residue from work – Access, parking, and loading – Out-of-hours or weekend requirements – PPE requirements and any site rules – Any additional requirements, like DBS checks for sensitive sites You will receive a clear quote. If anything falls outside the agreed scope, we will discuss it with you before doing it
Do you offer just contract cleaning or one-off's too?
Most Builders Cleans are completed in a concentrated time period, usually over one or two sessions. For some projects, a separate sparkle clean is the best option. That means we do the heavy reset first, then return once final snagging and finishing works are complete to give the site that "brand new" feel right before handover.
Does your service include any add-ons?
If there is residue that requires specialist handling (e.g., paint splashes, adhesive, grout haze, silicone), we will flag it during the site visit and advise on the safest approach. We would rather do it properly than rush it and damage a new finish.
